1. Accounts and Enrollment

You do not have the ability to create your own account. All learner accounts are created manually by a system Administrator.

1.  To gain access, you must first submit an Inquiry Form or contact an Administrator.
2.  An Administrator will contact you to confirm details and manage the payment process.
3.  Upon successful payment and enrollment, the Administrator will create your account and provide you with login credentials.
4.  You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.
5.  You agree to notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

2. Course Access

Access to course content (including audio, video, PDF, PPT, assignments, and mock tests) is granted only after successful enrollment and payment.

Your access to a course is limited to the start and end dates configured by the Administrator. We reserve the right to change or remove course content at any time.

3. Use of Content

All content provided on the Service is the intellectual property of Harwex LMS or its content suppliers. This content is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not:
* Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any course content.
* Share your login credentials with any other person.
* Use the content to create a competing product or service.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:
* Engage in any activity that is unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent.
* Post or submit any content that is offensive or infringes on the rights of others.
