3.4 Sharing login credentials, downloading, redistributing, or giving unauthorized access to course materials is strictly prohibited.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

4.1 All course materials, including but not limited to:

• Videos
• Presentations
• Documents
• Assessments
• Quizzes
• Graphics
• LMS content

are the intellectual property of Traineering or its licensors.

4.2 Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-commercial license to access and use the content solely for personal or employer-sponsored learning purposes.

4.3 The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Copying or recording content
• Reproducing or redistributing materials
• Reselling or sublicensing content
• Modifying or reverse engineering platform materials

Violation may result in immediate termination and potential legal action.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Attempt unauthorized system access
• Interfere with system security or functionality
• Share account credentials
• Upload malicious software or harmful content
• Use the platform for unlawful or fraudulent activities

Any violation may result in suspension, termination, or legal consequences.

6. Certification & Assessment

6.1 Certificates are issued only upon successful completion of course requirements.

6.2 Traineering reserves the right to withhold certification in cases of academic misconduct, plagiarism, impersonation, or assessment manipulation.

6.3 Traineering does not guarantee employment, professional licensing, or regulatory approval as a result of course completion.

7. Fees & Payments (If Applicable)

7.1 Fees are due as specified at enrollment.

7.2 Payments are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

7.3 Corporate agreements may be governed by separate contractual terms.

8. Service Availability

8.1 We aim to provide reliable and uninterrupted access.

8.2 However, access may be temporarily suspended due to:

• Maintenance
• Upgrades
• Security updates
• Technical issues beyond our control

8.3 We are not liable for temporary interruptions or data loss arising from technical failures.

9. Data Protection & Privacy

9.1 Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9.2 By using the Platform, you consent to data processing necessary for training delivery, certification, and system security.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:
